Terms of Service
1. Parties
Translators International, C. de los Montes Pirineos, 38, Puente de Vallecas, 28018 Madrid, Spain (the "Agency") and the client placing an order through this website (the "Client").
2. Services
We provide specialist translation and interpretation services as described on this website. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed. Conference interpretation is delivered on-site or remotely as specified in the project confirmation.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed via our website and paid through Stripe secure checkout. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have authority to bind any organisation you represent. All prices are in euros and include applicable taxes where required.
4. Delivery timelines
Barrio plan: 7 business days. Distrito plan: 14 business days. Capital plan: 21 business days. Express 24h add-on: 24 hours for documents up to 3,000 words. Conference interpretation bookings require at least 4 weeks notice. Timelines begin after project confirmation.
5. Corrections
7 calendar days from delivery to request corrections at no cost. Corrections must relate to translation accuracy within the original scope. New requests, scope changes, or source document changes after delivery are not covered under the correction window.
6. Confidentiality
All content is treated as confidential. Signed NDAs are available on request for sensitive projects. All freelance specialists we work with sign confidentiality agreements before accessing client content.
7. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, all rights in the translated or localized work transfer to the Client. The Agency retains no rights to publish, reference, or use client content without explicit consent.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for consequential losses, loss of profit, or indirect damages except where required by applicable Spanish law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
