Delivery Policy
1. How delivery works
All translation and localization work is delivered digitally by email to the address provided at checkout. No physical delivery. Conference interpretation is delivered on-site or via remote platform as specified.
2. Delivery timelines
- Barrio plan: 7 business days from project confirmation (up to 1,200 words)
- Distrito plan: 14 business days (up to 6,000 words)
- Capital plan: 21 business days (up to 20,000 words)
- Express 24h add-on: 24 hours for documents up to 3,000 words
- Conference interpretation: minimum 4 weeks notice required
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Spanish national and Madrid regional public holidays. Timelines begin the next business day after project confirmation.
3. Project confirmation
After payment you receive an automatic Stripe confirmation email. Within 1 business day a coordinator emails you to confirm the start date, delivery date, assigned specialist, and any questions about the source material.
4. If delivery is delayed
We notify you before the deadline if a delay is anticipated. We explain the reason and provide a revised delivery date. If this is unacceptable you may cancel for a full refund under our Refund Policy.
5. File formats
We deliver in the same format as the source unless you specify otherwise. Standard formats: DOCX, PDF, XLSX, PPTX, HTML, XML, JSON, SRT, VTT, PO, XLIFF, YAML. Contact us for unusual formats before placing an order.
6. Corrections after delivery
7 calendar days to request corrections at no extra cost. See our Refund Policy for full details on corrections and refunds.
