Refund Policy
1. Our quality commitment
We stand behind every translation and interpretation we deliver. If there is a genuine accuracy problem with delivered work, we will correct it or provide a refund as appropriate.
2. Correction period
7 calendar days from delivery. Submit correction requests to hello@translators-international.com with the specific inaccuracies identified. We respond within 1 business day and complete corrections within 3 business days.
3. Full refund conditions
- We cannot deliver within the agreed timeline and you have not yet received the work
- Delivered work contains systematic inaccuracies throughout, verified by our QA review
- Content does not match the agreed language pair or project scope
4. Partial refund conditions
Partial refund may apply where delivery is significantly delayed beyond the agreed date, or specific sections contain substantive errors we cannot correct after a second attempt.
5. Non-refundable situations
- Change of mind after project work has commenced
- Stylistic preferences that differ from but do not contradict the source
- Source document changes made after the project start
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery
- Conference interpretation fees once the event has taken place
6. How to request a refund
Email hello@translators-international.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
7. Consumer rights
Your statutory rights under Spanish and EU consumer law are not affected by this policy.
